Hotel Henry Urban Resort Conference Center is located at the Corner of Rockwell Road & Cleveland Circle, Buffalo, NY 14213. Hotel Henry has extended conference attendees a special price of $104** per night.
**Rate subject to change to 2018 GSA per diem rate increase. Room Rates are exclusive of 13.75% tax.
Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Hotel’s reservation department (716-882-1970). Identify yourself as part of the Early Childhood Music and Movement group at Buffalo State College.
The reservation cut-off date is 3/27/2018. After the cut-off date, guests will be accommodated on a SPACE AND RATE AVAILABLE BASIS. The check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Hotel Henry will accommodate any early arrivals on a space available basis.
There are 43 double rooms as well as single rooms. If you are interesting in sharing the cost of a double room, please contact Beth Etopio (betopio@ecmma) to be paired with a roommate.

A banquet is included in the cost of the registration and will be held Tuesday evening. Aside from this shared meal, participants will be responsible for their own food. There are limited options on campus, but a variety of establishments are available within walking distance.
The Buffalo State dining center will be open with lunch buffet. Limited vendors such as Subway are available in the student union.
Food options within walking distance of Buffalo State College and Hotel Henry will be provided to participants. Ample time will be provided in the convention schedule to walk to many of the nearby eateries.
