Housing: Rooms available at special conference price by contacting GLCC. Rates are for 1 or 2 people per room per night. For additional adult per night, add $15. No additional person charge for children under the age of 21 staying in room with parents. Occupancy limits vary by room type. (See table,below.)
Cabins,and Camping rates are per night per family. When you contact GLCC to reserve your rooms for the 2012 ECMMA convention, know that the following options are available until filled by ECMMA participants through June 28, 2012:

Bauer Lodge and Lone Tree Lodge: The most common choices; these are hotel-style rooms. Bauer is the building where ECMMA convention sessions will be held. Lone Tree Lodge is less expensive and is located farther away, a short drive or a longer walk. Meal tickets are required for either of these options. Bauer has various occupancy options – most are 2 queen beds, but ask about other options available, including suites.
Cabins: Rustic cabins, some recently remodeled (ask GLCC for more information). Different cabins have different occupancy rates. Cabins have cooking facilities, you can choose whether to eat meals in the GLCC dining hall or in your cabin. Cabins and campsite are short drives away from Bauer; they are also within easy biking distance and walking distance.
Camping: ECMMA has reserved camping sites for RVs and tents; sites have either water or water and electricity available. Again, you can choose where you will eat meals: at the campsite or in Kraft dining hall.
Private Houses: There are houses that are privately owned that can be rented out for families or large groups. GLCC may have information about such houses. Here is a link to one such house.
Meals
Meals are served buffet style in GLCC’s Kraft Dining Hall.
Meal ticket prices (Sunday night dinner through Wednesday morning breakfast - Tuesday night’s banquet dinner is included in the convention registration fee):
Age 12 and over: $73 per person
Ages 6-11: $51 per person
Age 5 and under: Free
If you are not registering for the full conference, discuss your needs with the GLCC front desk staff. Also, single tickets are available for those camping or staying in cabins who want to eat at the dining hall for certain meals.
