- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to ECMMA Treasurer.
- Refunds will be sent by check.
- All refunds are subject to a Cancellation Fee of 20%.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the ending date of the event.
Registrants who are unable to attend,may choose to send a substitute in their place,in lieu of requesting a refund. Substitution is not available to transfer to another person who is already registered to attend the event,or to any other ECMMA event. This policy applies only to the ECMMA Convention registration fee,and does not apply to room and board. Please contact the registrar for the event,or Victoria Stratton at the ECMMA office.

Returned Check Policy
If any checks are returned due to insufficient funds,ECMMA will charge a $25 fee. Registrants will also be required to reimburse the amount ECMMA is charged by the financial institution returning the check.
