We are pleased to invite you to participate in ECMMA’s 2012 International Convention. This year’s convention will be held at the beautiful Green Lake Conference Center,August 5th -8th,2012. We hope you will be as excited about this opportunity as we are,as we bring together the top names in the field of early childhood music and movement for four wonderful days.
ECMMA is making new strides,as you can see by the quality and quantity of presenters at this year’s event. We are positive that you will want to be part of the excitement.
EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS
Again this year,we are offering display opportunities for exhibitors. The conference schedule will allow many convention participants easy access to your presentation,with an exhibitor’s brunch on Monday,and several time slots featuring exhibits.
PRESENTATION SPONSORSHIPS
If you cannot attend,one special means of participation is through session sponsorship. We have two levels of sponsorship available,including:
General Sessions @ $300
Breakout Sessions @ $150
All sponsors will receive clearly placed commendations in all online and program spaces,will have their name and logo printed on the session placard,will receive public thanks during the speaker introduction (25 words or less),and will receive an ad in the convention program.

PROGRAM or CONVENTION WEBSITE ADS
Quarter-,half-,and full-page ads are available in the convention program. We show our appreciation by seeing that the copy from each ad receives equivalent positioning in the convention area of the ECMMA website,plus prominent links from our website to yours. This begins at the time of purchase and continues until the end of convention,so sign up early for maximum coverage. Reciprocal linking to our convention site,whenever possible,is expected.

Exhibit Tables
Select Single,Double,or Shared-table areas (available at a cost of $200 for a table,$300 for a double table,or $100 for a shared table),plus a donation of one raffle prize (worth at least $50) for each rented table or half-table.
Program AND Website Ads (1/4 page ad included in table price)
PROGRAM ADS for NON-EXIBITORS – 1/4-page for $60,1/2-page (horizontal) for $100,or full-page for $175.
BENEFITS
An Exhibitor’s Reception will take place on Monday evening,plus at least 6 additional hours of dedicated exhibiting time outside the workshop schedule. Every exhibiting company may purchase one discounted registration badge if desired ($130 each,includes banquet) per table,which may be shared with a co-worker for session attendance. Additional banquet tickets may be purchased @ $30.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
You may ship your equipment and supplies,no more than 48 hours in advance,to the Green Lake Conference Center
ECMMA Convention
Please ship items to arrive no earlier than Aug. 3rd.
The security staff will store your materials and you may pick them up from storage when you arrive.
SCHEDULE
SETUP: AUGUST 5th or 6th
The room will be available for setup after 2:00 PM on Sunday,August 5th. Exhibitors are also welcome to set up after 7 AM,Monday morning
The exhibit hall will officially open following the Keynote general session on the 6th,with an Exhibitor’s Reception on the evening of the 6th.
DISMANTE: AUGUST 8th
The final exhibition time will be Wednesday,August 8th,from 8:00 –11:00. Exhibitors will have from 11:00 –12:00 to dismantle and vacate the Exhibit Hall.
