We are pleased to invite you to participate in ECMMA’s 2010 International Convention. This year’s convention will be held at the University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas, August 5th -8th, 2010. We hope you will be as excited about this opportunity as we are, as we bring together the top names in the field of early childhood music and movement for four wonderful days.
ECMMA is making new strides, as you can see by the quality and quantity of presenters at this year’s event. We are positive that you will want to be part of the excitement.
DISPLAYS AND SHOWCASES
Again this year, we are offering SHOWCASE opportunities for exhibitors. Each showcase presenter may present up to two times with no competing breakout sessions. This schedule will allow many convention participants easy access to your presentation.
PRESENTATION SPONSORSHIPS
If you cannot attend, one special means of participation is through session sponsorship. We have three levels of sponsorship available, including:
- Keynote Speaker (Jane Healy) @ $400
- Special Guest Speaker (Jeremy Dittus, Jayne Standley, Sr. Lorna Zemke) @ $200 each
- Breakout Speakers (See List) @ $100 each
All sponsors will have their name and logo printed on the session placard, will receive public thanks during the speaker introduction (25 words or less), and will receive an ad in the convention program.

PROGRAM/CONVENTION WEBSITE ADS
Quarter-, half-, and full-page ads are available in the convention program. We show our appreciation by seeing that the copy from each ad receives equivalent positioning in the convention area of the ECMMA website, plus prominent links from our website to yours. This begins at the time of purchase and continues until the end of convention, so sign up early for maximum coverage. Reciprocal linking to our convention site, whenever possible, is expected.

Exhibit Tables
Select Single, Double, or Shared-table areas (available at a cost of $100 for a table, $200 for two, or $75 for a shared table), plus a donation of one raffle prize (worth at least $50) for each rented table or half-table.

Showcases
Showcases (as of June 1st) available at a cost of $200, or $300 for two, 1-hour presentations.
Also, register separately for the special room and board package, affording a special type of congenial, informal interaction among exhibitors and other convention participants that seldom takes place at these types of events. This provides rich opportunity to develop strong personal relationships with leading Early Childhood Music specialists from far and wide. Room charges are “per bed,” and may be arranged through Lorna Singer, Convention Chairperson.
Program AND Website Ads (included this year)
PROGRAM ADS – 1/4-page for $60, 1/2-page (horizontal or vertical) for $100, or full-page for $175. Submit (200 X 200 p) website ad copy when you register, to receive maximum coverage.
BENEFITS
Exhibitors will receive at least 8 hours of dedicated exhibiting sessions outside the workshop schedule, plus one complimentary convention Name-Tag per rented table. Showcase presenters will receive 1-hour presentation slots, with no competing workshops, and two (or fewer) competing showcases during any time slot. Each purchased showcase comes with one additional complimentary convention Name-Tag.

FEES
Registration Fee (Each Additional Person) $250 per person (includes Sat. banquet) for those attending sessions – Sat. Banquet/Entertainment $35
Meals/Lodging package $245 per person (3 dorm nights and 7 meals); Fri. BBQ/entertainment, add $17
Vendor’s Rate $100 per table; shared table is $75 for each vendor
Showcase Fee $200 (once), $300 (twice)
SETUP: AUGUST 5th
The room will be available for setup at 8:00 AM on Thursday, August 5th.
The first exhibit time will take place during registration at 11:30 A.M on the 5th.
DISMANTLING: AUGUST 7th
The final exhibition time will be Saturday, August 7th, from 8:00 – 11:00. You will have from 11:00 – 12:00 to dismantle and vacate the Exhibit Hall.
